$2.35M winning bid for state trust land in San Tan Valley

There was one bid of $2.35 million at a recent auction for 26.216 acres of State Trust Land in San Tan Valley.

BYPG Holdings LLC was the successful bidder, according to the Arizona State Land Department’s website.

The Arizona State Hospital is to be the beneficiary of the sale of the triangle of property on the southwest corner of Hunt Highway and Roberts Road in San Tan Valley.
