Apache Junction Community Town Hall Deemed a Success

What are Apache Junction’s unique attributes and economic strengths? Where are the greatest opportunities to strengthen and grow Apache Junction’s economy? To what extent does education play a role in maximizing opportunities to grow?  These are a few of the questions that a diverse group of local residents grappled with at the Community Town Hall last Friday, September 15.

Organized by the City of Apache Junction and facilitated by Tara Jackson and Evelyn Casuga from Arizona Town Hall, the 6-hour exercise succeeded in gathering information and perceptions from those who live and/or work in the city. Participants, who had pre-registered to attend, provided a current snapshot of their desire to make Apache Junction a city that works for everyone here, but is also a destination for others.
