A booming neighborhood in Mesa is one of the fastest growing in the country

A new, booming neighborhood in the Valley is one of the fastest growing in the country.

Eastmark, is a master-planned community in far-southeast Mesa. The developers said they’ve already sold more than 750 homes this year.

“Everyone is loving and excited about being here, and we really have a sense of community,” said homeowner Dee Merrill.
