While AZ Sourcing has up to 10 years to pay much of its share of the costs for a sewer line extension, the city is requiring the developers post a $3.2 million bond as financial security.
Monday, the Casa Grande City Council unanimously approved an agreement between the city and PhoenixMart developers AZ Sourcing that clears the way for the $10 million sewer line project to move forward.
