Casa Grande council approves $70 in new court fees

The Casa Grande City Council on Monday approved $70 in new fees to help cover security and compliance costs at City Court.

A new $20 fee is aimed at covering for security features at the court. It will be paid by City Court defendants who enter into a time payment contract with the court for criminal and civil fines.
