Casa Grande Dispatch
An update on PhoenixMart is among three items scheduled during a work session of the Casa Grande City Council Monday.
PhoenixMart CEO Jeremy Schoenfelder is expected to discuss the status of the project. PhoenixMart is a global commerce center planned for 500 acres off Florence Boulevard near Overfield Road.
The work session begins at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 510 E. Florence Blvd. It is open to the public.
Also on the work session agenda is a presentation from Casa Grande Alliance Executive Director Cindy Schaider about reasons to oppose legalizing marijuana.
A presentation on the east side sewer extension project is also listed on the agenda.
