PhoenixMart addition would strain capacity
CASA GRANDE — Now that PhoenixMart is permitted to start vertical construction, the city is planning ahead to make sure its sewer lines can meet utility demands near the project site.
The issue involves sewer lines located along Kortsen Road, which carry flows west to Casa Grande’s wastewater treatment plant. The lines are meant to serve part of the city’s projected growth region, east of Interstate 10.
