City Council gives blessing to bed and breakfast in Eloy

Three of the four items up for discussion at Monday’s City Council meeting related to a resident who wants to bring a bed and breakfast to Eloy.
Victor Granado wants to reconfigure his single-family home at 108 E. Eighth St. into a bed and breakfast.
The three items that came related to the B&B were an application for a minor General Plan amendment; rezoning approximately 0.344 acres from R1-6 (medium-density residential) to an R-4 (high-density residential); and approval of a conditional-use permit.
