Debates set stage for general election
Babeu, Dickson get Pinal stage to themselves
General election debates Saturday morning encompassed a range of candidate answers as well as jabs at their opponents across multiple races.
Congressional District 1, Legislative District 11 House and Senate candidates as well as county assessor candidates and a county sheriff candidate hashed out their campaign points at the UltraStar Multi-tainment Center at Ak-Chin Circle in Maricopa.
Only one of the two candidates showed up for the event in both the CD1 and county sheriff races: Paul Babeu and Kaye Dickson, respectively.
