Eloy City Hall exterior design discussed at council meeting

The Exterior facade is the next step in designing the new City Hall building and it was the topic of conversation at Monday’s City Council meeting.
Representatives from Smith Group JJR (Architect) and CORE (Contractor) came to help the council understand the different options and the price differences for each options.
On Aug 21, council members held a work section where they picked one of the preliminary selected facades that Smith Group presented. Then from there Smith Group representatives Russ Sanders, John Tran and their crew created three different options with color schemes landscaping and more that they presented at Monday’s meeting.
