Eloy council plans to hire manager to oversee city construction projects

The City Council is looking to hire a temporary and part-time project manager to help oversee various construction projects.
Currently the city has a contract with Abacus Project Management Inc. The city will amend the contract to create the new position. This will also reduce Abacus’ scope of work and the fee for the new City Hall building.
The project manager would oversee the work on the new City Hall building and after that the renovations that will be made to the current City Hall, converting it into a justice complex that will continue to house the fire department, police department and city court.
