Group hears how Seafab built workforce in Pinal

Relocating a business to Pinal County has its share of challenges, business leaders heard last week.

Greg McClain, former vice president and general manager of Seafab Metals Company, told the Pinal Alliance for Economic Growth that hiring a workforce that would buy into the company’s core values was the most difficult aspect of relocating his company to Casa Grande.

The company, which manufactures lead products, moved from Seattle in 1998.
