Home sales prices in Pinal County continue upward trend

Residential home prices in Pinal County rose an average of 4.6 percent in the third quarter of 2015, when compared to the July through September period of last year. The average sale price rose from $166,632 in 2014 to $174,266 in 2015. The average size for residential properties in the county increased slightly from 1,964 square feet a year ago to 2,005 over the most recent three months.
Median values increased at slower rate, up 4.3 percent from a year ago. The median price went from $152,000 in Q3, 2014 to $158,525 in Q3, 2015. The median square footage went from 1,844 to 1,868 year over year.
