Hope for Casa Grande ghost subdivisions

A real estate broker said Casa Grande’s numerous empty subdivisions should begin filling up within the next year.
Dale Willis, owner of Willis Property Company, said homebuilders will see the appeal in buying vacant lots in Casa Grande as room in Chandler and San Tan Valley squeezes up.
A big selling point for developing in Casa Grande is that so many existing lots are platted, zoned and ready for construction, Willis added.
