Land brokerage firm says Pinal County future bright

The nation’s largest land brokerage firm foresees a positive outlook for Pinal County.
Land Advisors Organization assessed the county as having a positive outlook in its most recent quarterly report based on demographics and housing market data. The county’s supply of available, affordable land and promising job prospects is putting it on a path toward a favorable future.
The firm’s fourth quarter market overview of the county showed a dramatic increase in the number of single-family home building permits during 2016. The county had a 22 percent increase in issued permits compared to 2015, while the southwest valley area had a growth of 3 percent in permit counts.
