Magic Ranch pre-annexation agreements reached; more to come

In anticipation of completing two major annexations this summer which will add more than 4,000 new residents to the town limits, the Florence Town Council approved five pre-annexation and development agreements Monday for subdivisions in the Magic Ranch area. There will be five more such agreements for the council’s consideration at its next regular meeting on July 21, and public hearings on the annexation ordinances at the council’s Aug. 4 meeting.
