PPPA 32-year-old San Tan Valley man has been accused of reselling his medical marijuana, the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office said.

The sheriff’s Narcotic Task Force received information in February that Phillip Vaughn was selling high grade hydroponic marijuana. During the next few weeks, Vaughn sold high grade marijuana to an undercover detective on numerous occasions.

On March 27, Vaughn agreed to meet the detective at the department store located at 1725 West Hunt Highway to sell him $100 worth of marijuana. Vaughn told the detective he brought him $80 worth of “Nice Guy” and $20 worth of “Casey Dream” marijuana.

The detective paid him $100 and as Vaughn was leaving, he was taken into custody by other task force members.
