Maricopa among top places for buying rentals

Housing data shows the city of Maricopa is one of the top places in the country for buying single-family rental homes.
ATTOM Data Solutions, a California-based data curator, released a report last week of the top 25 zip codes for buying rental properties. Maricopa was one of five communities in Arizona to top the list, which also included Queen Creek, Laveen, El Mirage and Estrella Village.
Zip codes were ranked based on vacancy rates, home prices, local population and rates of return on cash investments.
