O’Halleran calls out White House on communicating with Congress

U.S. Rep. Tom O’Halleran, D-Sedona, said he wants the White House to come forward with its plans on looming issues like tax reform, trade agreements and armed services.
The congressman stopped in Casa Grande on Thursday to discuss one of those topics, tax reform, with local stakeholders and told PinalCentral he’s uncertain what direction President Donald Trump will take on the matter.
In April, the White House released a number of goals to cut taxes, but O’Halleran said he hasn’t heard or received anything meaningful from the administration since then about the issue.
