Realtor enjoys giving house of prayer extreme makeover

One of Casa Grande’s little old churches is getting a makeover from a man who fell in love with its architecture.
“I think my heart kind of won out over my head on this one,” said Dave Schlagel, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Rox Realty.
“I just liked the building,” he said, “and I thought it could be so much more.”
The church sits on the northeast corner of Fourth Street and Cameron Avenue, three blocks south of City Hall.
