FLORENCE — For the first time, the Pinal County Deputies Association has put together a list of questions for sheriff candidates and video-recorded the responses.

Ben Cook, president of the association, said it was an effort to give the deputies a better idea of whom to vote for to lead the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office.

Four people have announced their candidacy to replace Sheriff Paul Babeu, who is running for Congress a second time after an aborted run in 2012. The candidates are Republicans Mark Lamb and Steve Henry and Democrats Kaye Dickson and Kevin Taylor.
