September sales in Maricopa range from $88K Tortosa home to $320K in The Villages

Home sales for September in Maricopa and the surrounding areas remained the same as for August with 105 closed transactions. Combined sales rose slightly with a total of $15.9 million, according to the statistical market analysis from the Arizona Multiple Listing Service. The homes fetched an average of 98 percent of their asking price.
The highest-priced house was a two-story at 43264 W. Caven Drive in The Villages at Rancho El Dorado. pictured on the left.
