David Snider has worn quite a few different hats since he came to Casa Grande in 1977.
Library director, interim city manager and Pinal County supervisor are some of the titles he’s earned through his time in public service.
Casa Grande city councilman is the next title he’d like to add to his roster. He declared his candidacy earlier this month for one of the three council seats up for election in 2016.
