Supervisors: County to survey residents

Are residents satisfied with Pinal County? County leaders are hopeful a survey answers that question and offers a window into how to improve all county services.
Kent Taylor, county director of performance management, sought input on the survey Wednesday from the Board of Supervisors.
The goal of the survey is to identify strengths and weaknesses of the county and figure out where the citizens want the county to improve. The board also wants to find out the level of engagement the people have in what county government does.
For example, some of the questions are based on the county’s strategic plan, something the average citizen might not know about or understand.
