Results from the Marana Chamber of Commerce Feb. 8 Business Walk are in and the survey shows a majority of businesses owners and/or managers have a positive attitude from the Ina Road improvement project.

Consulting firm LeCroy and Milligan Associates, Inc. prepared the report which surveyed a total of 157 out of 198 eligible businesses along Ina Road. A total of 37 businesses were closed at the time officials visited.

The firm found four businesses had gone out of business, but didn’t clarify if it was because of Ina Road construction.

According to the report, nine individuals felt negative attitudes towards and 15 felt unsure.
