AZ Corp. Commission to Pinal Partnership – Energy Future

Solar. Nuclear. Batteries. Biofuels. Coal. Natural Gas. Wind. Few issues stir up as much controversy in Arizona today as the discussion of what will power our future economy.  Despite the always-swirling controversy, former Speaker of the Arizona House of Representatives and current Arizona Corporation Commissioner Andy Tobin has put forward a groundbreaking proposal designed to cut through the controversy and provide a roadmap for the future of energy development in Arizona.  The Arizona Corporation Commission is currently considering Commissioner Tobin’s Arizona Energy Modernization Plan that targets 80% clean energy for the state and an abundance of energy storage. This plan will provide opportunities for energy infrastructure development in Pinal County and will no doubt impact the electric rates we all pay.  Come hear Commissioner Tobin present the details of his plan.

Also, please bring a case a of water to the breakfast to donate to United Way of Pinal County’s heat relief efforts!
