Casa Grande council to hold two hearings on ongoing issues

Two public hearings involving ongoing hot button issues will be held Monday during the Casa Grande City Council meeting.
Residents will have an opportunity to speak out on proposed changes that would allow a group home in the Ironwood Commons neighborhood. Homeowner Tiffany Battle is requesting the zone change for her home to allow for the residential facility that she currently operates to house nine children, up from the six she currently houses.
