Casa Grande panel hears plans for ‘Resort Parkway’ leading to Dreamport Villages

Developers of Dreamport Villages were back before the city’s planning commission this week to seek several zone changes for portions of the massive project.
On Thursday the Casa Grande Planning and Zoning Commission held a public hearing regarding amending zoning for several parcels that would eventually house Resort Parkway, a north-south thoroughfare connecting Dreamport Villages to Florence Boulevard.
No residents spoke at the hearing.
