Coolidge hopes new sign will entice new visitors

On any given day at the corner where Arizona Boulevard meets up with the Florence-Coolidge highway, close to 20,000 vehicles pass through the intersection.

Of those vehicles, it’s estimated that 80,000 people will visit the nearby Casa Grande Ruins.

It is with this information that the city of Coolidge decided to replace the old hand-operated menu board announcing city activities, and replaced it with a new modern LED electronic message board.
