Eloy council gets updates on PTO plan, city hall

City council members discussed a new Paid Time Off Program and progress on the new city hall at its meeting this week.
Casa Grande’s Human Resources Director Dawn Jett gave a presentation on the Paid Time Off (PTO) Program that is used in Casa Grande. Jett has been helping Eloy come up with a similar program.
Jett, talked to the council at Monday’s meeting about the positives from having a PTO program like the one that is used in Casa Grande. Eloy doesn’t have as big of a budget as Casa Grande, which presents some challenges in making such a program viable for Eloy.
