Pinal County legislators get some CAC funds back in budget

Central Arizona College and local school districts came out better than expected with the state Legislature’s passage of a $9.1 billion budget Saturday.

CAC, which last week was staring at the possibility of receiving no state funding, had $1.9 million restored, and local school districts will get more of a say when it comes to budget cuts.
