Planning and zoning commission to consider a medical marijuana facility
Coolidge Examiner
The Coolidge planning and zoning commission will hold a special meeting at 7 p.m., Wednesday to consider a petition for a medical marijuana cultivation facility.
The item first appeared at last week’s regular meeting but had to be pushed back after the item failed to meet a proper quorum. Four of the six commission’s members were present at last week’s meeting, including members Ken Bolan, Norma Jean Polee-Muhammed, Ray Halbe and Joseph Marsh.
However, with Halbe having a connection to the agenda item, he had to recuse himself and therefore a proper quorum could not be reached for the item.
