Superior Town Council wraps up the year, optimistic about 2015

Superior Town CouncilThe Superior Town Council continues working on having a successful year and looks forward to the new-year and the accomplishments they can make in the future. During the last meeting of this year the town council held a public hearing regarding a new flower business in Superior, new police officers added to the Superior Police Department, the moving of a Rectifier by Southwest Gas Company and other business issues.

The public hearing was held regarding the home occupation permit requested by Gloria Palacios to operate a flower shop for the assembly and sale of silk flowers and accessory products and materials in her home in an R 1-6 Urban Residential Zone District located at 1231 S. Belmont Ave. in Superior. After the public hearing, the town council approved the new flower business for Gloria Palacios.
