There was a steady flow of residents during the first half of Pinal County Board of Supervisors Chairman Anthony Smith’s monthly visit to Arizona City last week Tuesday.
Residents presented Smith with the usual set of concerns including, flooding on Alsdorf Road and other parts of Arizona City, dust control issues, law enforcement coverage (or the seeming lack thereof), streetlights and, of course street repair and maintenance. There also were several people who expressed interest in the process for creating a Special District.
The most exciting news shared with residents was that residents will be able to watch Board of Supervisor’s meetings on live streaming video from their computers effective with the Board of Supervisor’s meeting on April 30. Meetings begin at 9:30 a.m. The link to access the meetings can be found at: http://www.pinalcountyaz.gov/Departments/NewsInformation/Pages/livestreaming.aspx.
Smith’s Executive Assistant Marlene Pearce sent out an e-mail the day after the meeting thanking residents for their attendance.
