Pinal County plans $36M in street CIP over 5 years

Fast-growing Pinal County is still struggling financially to exit the recession, and its five year capital spending plan for transportation shows no long-term relief. The county in the middle of the Sun Corridor between Phoenix and Tucson plans to spend $36.2M over the next five years, and one third of the will be spent this fiscal year. The county is seeking public comment on the five year plan covering the current year and the next four fiscal years.
