Infrastructure key to Eloy’s future prosperity

As guest speaker at a recent Eloy Chamber of Commerce luncheon held at the Bent Prop Saloon, newly appointed City Manager Harvey Krauss had an opportunity to go into more detail about his vision for the city of Eloy.
And with the City Council about to approve the 2014/2015 fiscal year budget, where the funding for many projects will come from, it seems the staff and council are in accord with Krauss’s plans.
