Superstition Area Land Trust

“EMERGENCE 2014” Presented By: Superstition Area Land Trust (S.A.L.T.)

The Superstition Area Land Trust (S.A.L.T.) will emerge from its summer time chrysalis of “darkness” intent upon evolving into a more comprehensive, focused and effective pursuit of its mission.  In that pursuit, we invite you, or your representative, to set aside September 19, 2014 to attend a special gathering of S.A.L.T. and its partners to discuss our mutual interests in conserving the integrity of the beautiful and vibrant Sonoran Desert landscape where we live and play.  The event will unfold on the Superstition Mountain Campus of Central Arizona College, 805 South Idaho Road, Room B126, Apache Junction, AZ 85119.

S.A.L.T. is changing its attitude toward the traditional approach to strategic planning.  Rather than relying solely upon inputs and perspectives of its officers and board members, S.A.L.T. is reaching out to its growing community of supporters, contributors, volunteers and some select public and private organizations involved in the conservation of the Sonoran Desert to assist in refocusing S.A.L.T.’s priorities, capabilities, and resources for 2014 – 2016. S.A.L.T. endeavors to tap into the intellectual goldmine of as many of its “partners” as possible to aid in shaping its growth toward becoming a more effective and efficient conservation organization.

Contact S.A.L.T. President, Tom McDonald, at tom@smilingdoglandscapes.com or call 480-288-8749 on or before August 18, to confirm your attendance.  Seating is limited, so make your reservation now so your ideas, experience, and expertise will be included in our plans.
