Windmill Winery plans to build hotel

FLORENCE, Ariz. — The Windmill Winery owners have acquired land across the street to build a boutique hotel.
The Windmill is open after coordinating closely with Pinal County health officials following an incident last month. The Windmill said a caterer who worked events on March 18 and 19, from which attendees later became ill from salmonella, has taken all necessary corrective and preventative actions required.
