Casa Grande’s economic future touted because of attractiveness for industry

When it comes to the economic future of Casa Grande, Chris Camacho sees the city’s master-planned industrial park and infrastructure as pivotal in attracting industry.
Camacho is president and CEO of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, a public-private partnership that serves 22 cities and towns in the Phoenix metropolitan area, including Casa Grande. He made a presentation to the Casa Grande City Council during its regular meeting Tuesday before the council approved a $29,000 payment to renew its membership in the organization.
