Casa Grande Dispatch
PhoenixMart’s parent company, AZ Sourcing, will ask the Casa Grande Planning and Zoning Commission tonight for permission to change zoning to allow for the development of 36 acres near its outlet center property at Jimmie Kerr Boulevard and Interstate 10 into a mixture of business and residential uses.
The development project is intended to be a “southeastern gateway” into Casa Grande, according to a staff report.
