Florence Reminder
As the Town Council prepared to discuss its 10-year Capital Improvement Plan, Jim Tchida of Florence said more than just a list of major projects and purchases, “… there must be a strategic intent behind that.”
He added when the town has a new town manager, he or she should also be given a piece of paper explaining the town’s strategy and “where we are trying to go as a town.”
