Pinal Partership January Breakfast: Pinal Impact Fees – Latest!
In order to start off the year with a bang and fulfill our ongoing resolution to provide our members with the most up to the minute topical discussions, we have coordinated a great breakfast to talk about the Pinal County Impact Fees.
As you may or may not know, they are currently being proposed for revision. The consultant who conducted the study and has made recommendations to the County is flying in just to be present for our breakfast!
The item will likely be presented to the Board of Supervisors in February so join us to learn and review.
Don’t miss this lively discussion between Pinal County Manager, Greg Stanley who will discuss the process of adoption, Pinal Partnership Board Member, Michael Martindale, CRA – Landowner and Developer in Pinal County, who has worked on development all over the State and has a lot to say regarding impact fees and the effect they have on the market and Dwayne Guthrie from TischlerBise – Fiscal, Economic & Planning Consulting, the company hired to conduct the impact fee study and who has come up with the current proposed recommendations.
