Splash pad proposed for Casa Grande’s Peart Park

The Casa Grande Community Services Department wants to give residents a place to cool off downtown.
Director Bill Schwind said the department is in the preliminary phase of designing a splash pad in the center of Peart Park, near Florence Boulevard and Marshall Street.
Schwind stipulated the project is still very much in the preliminary stage with many decisions left to be made. He presented a series of design options to the Casa Grande Parks and Recreation Advisory Board last week.
