Fitzgibbons announces Casa Grande council re-election bid

CASA GRANDE — Councilwoman Lisa Navarro Fitzgibbons seeks to keep her seat in the upcoming City Council election.

Fitzgibbons has served on the council since 2010 after being appointed to fill a vacant seat. She was elected to serve her first full term the following year.

In a press release, Fitzgibbons pointed to a new public safety building for the city’s police and fire departments as an accomplishment completed during her first term. Public safety will continue to be one of her priorities if she is re-elected, she said.
