The most common question visitors at the PhoenixMart welcome center ask is whether the project will actually happen.
Nicholas Skowronski, PhoenixMart’s digital marketing manager, is quick to confidently respond that “it will happen.”
On a Friday afternoon, Skowronski gave a tour of the company’s welcome center to the Casa Grande Dispatch. No other person could be spotted throughout the center, which is located at the CityGate complex on Tanger Drive.
