But the same Kierland company that has wanted to build PhoenixMart hopes to transform a former outlet mall in Casa Grande into a furniture-focused outlet center.
AZSourcing, which is based near Kierland Commons on the Phoenix-Scottsdale border — wants to redevelop a former 189,000-square-foot outlet mall property near the confluence of Interstates 10 and 8 in Casa Grande into the furniture-focused outlet center.
