Candidate forum planned in Maricopa

MARICOPA — With the primary campaign heating up, candidates for some of the top races in Pinal County will head for Maricopa on Saturday, June 18, to debate one another.
Sponsored and organized by the Maricopa Chamber of Commerce, InMaricopa, UltraStar Multi-tainment Center and the Maricopa Monitor, the two-hour event will run from 8 to 10 a.m. and feature both Republican and Democratic candidates for the Congressional District 1 seat and Pinal County sheriff as well as Republican candidates for Pinal County attorney and Pinal supervisor in District 4.
