Apache Junction P&Z to consider rezoning 1080 E. Scenic St.
A city of Apache Junction initiated request for rezoning a 2.5-acre property at 1080 E. Scenic St. will be considered at the Aug. 9 planning and zoning commission and Aug. 16 city council meetings, according to a public notice at http://www.publicnoticeads.com/AZ/.
Both meetings begin at 7 p.m. in the Apache Junction City Council Chambers, 300 E. Superstition Blvd. Agendas will be posted at https://apachejunction.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx.
The rezoning for Pinal County Assessor parcel 101-18-015B is from medium density single-family residential, manufactured and conventional housing permitted to low-density single-family residential, manufactured and conventional housing permitted.
