Casa Grande appoints new director of finance

A new director has been appointed to oversee the city’s Finance Department.
City Manager Larry Rains has selected Celina Morris to fill a position left vacant since former Finance Director Doug Sandstrom resigned in May.
Morris has filled in as the interim director since Sandstrom’s departure and has been working in the department since 2014. She was hired as a budget analyst for the city and later was an accounting manager.
