Wolf wants to serve 2nd term

douglas-wolfDoug Wolf said that when he took office after the 2012 election, he brought “new energy” into the Pinal County Assessor’s Office.

Wolf had had no prior experience in public office when he took over for his predecessor, Paul Larkin, who retired when Wolf took office after 28 years.

It was “stressful,” he said, to follow someone with nearly three decades of experience when he hadn’t had any, but, “I had inherited a very excellent staff. …They made it fairly painless.”
